Bonny Blinds pride themselves on their superior consultation service. Peter takes the time to discuss all of the options available to you, including colours, fabrics and styles. Our fully stocked van holds a range of samples, which allows you to see how the materials look in your home.

Peter will discuss with you what works and doesn't work for your home or lifestyle, as well as providing you with expert design advice. With many years of industry experience matching blind designs with homes, Peter can help you achieve the right look.

Measure & Quote

In addition to our extensive design service, we also carry out a measure and quote to ensure a seamless fit for your blinds. Bonny Blinds carry out this service free-of-charge and it can be added on to your consultation appointment.

Before we take your measurements and provide you with a written quote, we do need to know what blinds you have selected. This will ensure the quote you are given is accurate.

Installation

Once the blind selection is complete, Bonny Blinds will come to your home to carry out the installation process. You can rest assured that the person who helped you select the blinds is the person who installs them for you.

While installing your blinds, Peter takes care not to cause any damage to your windows or walls. Peter also cleans up any mess and materials left over from the fitting process. Once the installation is complete, Peter will discuss with you how to best care for your blinds.

After Sales Service

When you deal with Bonny Blinds, you can rest assured our products are of the highest quality. We use materials and components that have been specially manufactured for use in your home.

If you experience any issues with your blinds, Peter can usually attend within 24 hours to assess the problem and work to rectify it for you, restoring your blinds to working order. Peter provides a lifetime service guarantee.
